Title: JRiver rocks my world

Using Win10 HP desktop and JR25 as the heart of my triple amp stereo system. I am able to dial in the woofers and tweeters very precisely to my taste. DIY speaker components purchased through Parts Express and installed into generic speaker cabinets provide high quality sound. The Yamaha 7.1 channel receiver is providing 100 watts per channel, way more than I need. Music source is HDD but mostly streamed Spotify. JRiver brings it all together with aplomb and authority. My ears don't need hi-resolution sources, 66 yo. I find I rarely listen to CDs now.

  HP desktop AMD Ryzen 7 Radeon RX5500 $650 new
  Samsung 19” monitor  $20 used
  JRiver, Norton, broadband, etc $1000 per annum
  Controller iPhone, Logitech keyboard and mouse...priceless
