Title: Just bought a master license why no receipt

I see a lot of people over the years have asked for receipts?  I just bought master license for version 25 and will get reimbursed but I need a receipt.  How do I get one?  Should be automatic shouldn't it?  Please avise.

We believe what we currently send is a receipt.  It has your name, our name, a date, a license key, etc.  Why isn't it a receipt for you?

In the U.S., a credit card statement is also proof of purchase.
