Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can send my way.
MC 25.0.89, using for about 30 days, intermittent crashes occurring. Turned off AV. Uninstalled, re-installed, restored library, all the stuff to do prior to getting to this post. All to no avail.
Help Dropdown menu says to email log file but no email addresses are to be found anywhere.
Log file too large (over 1200kb) to attach to this post, so I created this DropBox link with log files:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ui042b1gav8ek1x/AADXbCPhdRtSTK1WNYlpMcsKa?dl=0
I hope someone can look at a log file and see what's going on (beyond my comprehension).
Thanks again and I look forward to any feedback soon.

Try turning off auto-import, and if the crashes stop then it's likely you might have a bad file or files causing it.
-
Thank you! I disabled auto-import and all child checkboxes, still crashes.
-
You can zip log and attach zip
-
Crashes can often be related to antivirus and the only way to know is to uninstall (not just disable) the antivirus.

Hello TIJ. The zip file is 6.45mb and limit here is 1.2mb. I uploaded all files to a Drop Box link in prior post, though.
-
Also, please install the latest build 25.0.92 and see if the crash is still there. Thanks.
-
Thanks bob! I will do that when I get home and will report back.
-
Looks like you got a good crash dump too so if the current version doesn't solve it I'll take a look at the dump Monday.

Hello all. I installed the latest build before uninstalling Kaspersky AV and so far so good (thru a couple of hours).
I am confident the issue would have shown itself by now, but will test more fully and will report back, hopefully as "solved".
-
Update - all seems to be just fine, played audio and video through all different zones, switching around, and the new build was flawless except when for the first time I experimented with streaming > YouTube > option to Download and Play in Player.
Video downloaded just fine but crashed when I started to play it.
Interestingly, unlike in prior crashes MC stayed afloat, allowing me to move on to do something else rather than the "Close Program" and restart.
I will conclude this post as "solved" and will monitor the Download Video and Play in Player thing, but it's not something I need and feel I would be looking for problems that don't really bother me.
Thanks for all the help and I look forward to becoming a good contributor going forward. MC is one incredible package and the best investment I've made in a VERY long time. Thank you JRiver!

You're welcome. Thanks for saying so.
