Title: Do upgrades/current licenses allow access to older versions?

I apologize if this is answered somewhere, but do upgrades/current licenses allow access to older versions? I have an old license from version 12, and was thinking of maybe upgrading, but for the time being, I'd like to run the software on Windows XP, so I'd want to install the latest version that worked on it.  Ideally, I'd like to still be able to get the latest version (as of the upgrade date) too if my plans change.  I've been looking around on the forums, but haven't been able to figure out if there's a way to do that.

An MC25 license will work with MC25 and with the final builds of MC24.
