Title: Hardware Volume button on Gizmo vs Panel
Post by: PhDSM on September 01, 2019, 08:26:26 am
Hello ,

I've using Gizmo so far to remote control my DLNA renderers, and I try to switch to Panel as the display shows more information.

I notice that with Gizmo, I can use my tablet H/W Vol buttons to change the volume of the DLNA renderers, no need to look a the screen.

I try with Panel and the H/W button do not change the volume on the  DLNA renderer, only the local volume of the tablet is changed.

Is there a way to have Panel behave like gizmo regarding the h/w volume buttons ?  is it a limitation of Panel ?
Regards

Ph

It's a limitation of the browser.  Panel is playing inside a browser.

Thanks for your reply.
So if I want to keep this feature I have to stay with Gizmo.
Is there a way to customize gizmo to have more information during navigation (i.e. 2 lines of info like in Panel)
