Anyone know how to do this or if it is even possible? Call it OCD...I hate seeing folder or items I do not use, and being that JRiver is about customization... ;)

I'm afraid those are built-in features... However, to hide them simply collapse the 'Services & Plug-ins' branch in the tree... ;-)
