Title: Paid for upgrade to MC25 but MC system says still on trial

I have got Pay Pal screen shot proving I have paid the upgrade to MC25 but when I try to get my licence details to install Gizmo it says I am still on trial period.
Please advise!

Not a good idea to post your purchase details.  I removed the attachment.
