Title: Why have my downloaded cloudplay playlists disappeared?

Opened my Playlists>Cloudplay Playlists only to find that they had all disappeared apart from my last uploaded playlist. What gives? ?

They moved recently.  They should be there.

just checked mine and they are gone too. the lists i uploaded are still there

I'm giving up with Cloudplay - you spend forever finding playlists to download and then you open up to play them and ,,,,,, where are they?? Not worth the effort in the end.

If it's a bug, we'll fix it.  JohnT has been in Italy.  Home next week.

Try playing them from the server.

Click on the icon in the upper right corner and try Popular playlists.

I've been playing the New Playlists every morning.  It's a nice experience.

We must be using different software both called JRiver MC - if you see Popular and I don't when clicking on the right hand side set of horizontal bars ?

I'll check later, but there is a small menu icon in the upper right corner.  Try expanding your screen first. 

When you click on it, you should see

New (or Recent?) Playlists
Popular Playlists
New Users
Popular Users

or something like that.  I don't have it in front of me right now.

I just checked and downloaded playlists are there.

They moved recently to Playlists > Cloudplay Playlists.  Please see the attached screenshot.  The highlighted playlist is one of yours.

What version of MC are you using?
