MC25 has asked me to restore M25 now 3 times for no reason. Same machine.
In fact this last time I was just listening to M25 and then shut down the computer and went for lunch. Restarted the computer after lunch and M25 asked me again to restore it.
There should be no reason to ask for a restore and allotted restores continue to drop.

Only something changing the system fundamentally should cause a restore to be needed. Maybe an anti-virus?
I just reset your restores though.
Cheers.

One of the restores was legitimate as I wanted MC25 on this computer. But thanks for restoring, much appreciated.
I am not sure what has changed on the computer, but Dell has done some "remote tinkering" on this new machine and perhaps that triggered a couple of them. However, I am not sure what happened today at lunch. Will keep an eye on it.
Thanks so much for the great customer service (something lacking with other programs).
And more importantly, thanks for a wonderful and very flexible media program. Love it!

It happens to me once every couple of months (and I install a new build as soon as JRiver prompts)
Maybe you can add some diagnostics into JRiver so I could look into?
Don't put a blame on antivirus, in the ends that's part of today's environment.
Work with Microsoft (if you think that's Defender) to make it work smoothly
That's not a professional attitude,
sorry

Got another time "The trial period has expired" and starting MC 25.

One of the most common causes of this, is a change of computer name...
Is this something that is happening in either of your environments?
