Title: Support for Onkyo DP-X1 ?

I own an Onkyo DP-X1 Digital Audio Player that I bought used.  To date I have not been able to download any music to it using the XDAP-Link Windows software that is , as far as I know, the only way to get music files onto it.  Will JRiver Media Center allow me to load files onto my DAP> ?

Same problem with an iBasso DX160 on Mac. I can't seem to transfer any files.
