Title: Is it possible to tag a podcast without downloading any files?

I'm curious to know if this is possible because I'm trying to build a few new views in theater view where I can watch podcasts.  The problem is I can't seem to figure out how to tag a feed without downloading the files, and having MC apply its tags.  Thanks.
