Title: You Tube & Amazon

When I have JRiver MC25 open on my PC and watch a video from You-Tube or check out a CD from Amazon the streams won't play is there a reason for this ?
Any help would be great !

Check your audio setup  (see the wiki).

You probably have Exclusive Mode set.  Turn that off.
