Title: JRiver Media Center 25 for Mac Crash Issue

Hi,

One of our customers, after updating the new version of JRiver, the external sound card and JRiver seem to be in conflict. :o

Already trying to get customers to completely uninstall JRiver with AppCleaner and reinstall. This issue does not occur with previous versions(JMC 25 Mac).

The external sound card is Lynx AES16e pcie

Hope the logs in attachment will help you to quickly understand the situation.

We would need the full Apple crash report - ie. the thing that the screenshot shows, just the full text of it, otherwise we can't really tell where it crashed.

Unfortunately not. Its seperate from Media Centers own log.
