Title: Thumbnail view (album group if logical)

If an artist has only one album, the "Thumbnail view (album group if logical)" shows 1 thumbnail per song instead of only 1 thumbnail for the whole album.

I remember having read somehing to that respect some time ago but cannot find how it was solved.

It hasn't been yet.  I have posted about this in respect to HS but it is the same in MEGA ME.  I think Artist views should always show album thumbnails and album views should always show track views.  This seems more logical to me and has a consistency then troughout the program regardless of view scheme...

If not the default it could always be set as an option ;D  Sorry Matt, couldn't resist.  Go get a stiff drink and have a well deserved holiday!!
