Title: BDMV UHD 4k file

 I have some movies that have been transferred to BDMV UHD 4k. Will J River play these?

Yes, and you will have the option of:
- Title Mode: Autoplay the "main" title
- Menu Mode: Play the full disk menu (just like a BD Player)

Note:  I'm presuming you have a full and unencrupted BD UHD Folder Rip
