I've noticed that hitting http://mc:port/MCWS/v1/ in Chrome hangs these days, have tried it with multiple machines and MC installations and they all hang so the page initially loads but then it freezes the tab
It loads fine in Edge, the Edge console reports

no idea if this is related or not
