Title: Restore Library on new htpc

Hi guys i need a little help here.
I used to have my files on a external hdd hooked to my laptop. I have a copy of all files on a hdd in my newly built htpc.
I have downloaded mc to the htpc, moved restore file too, and when i have done the restore and imported files from the new hdd, the way of order is perfect but there is no album covers and the flies won`t play...  because of wrong path, i think.
Now my question is can i restore mc just as it is on my laptop?  Especially recent albums is important.
