Is there a conflict between the JRiver filters and what is selectable on a DAC?
For instance in a previous thread, Hendrick said this about the JRiver standard, "Linear Phase, VHQ, Steep Filter, which is the established best mode for general usage."
Or a user could select SOX.
But on the DACs I employ: Matrix Sabre Pro, there are 7 selectable filters. I also have a Topping DX7 Pro which also has 7 selectable filter options.
Do JRiver and these DACs conflict or how does this all relate?
