Title: New Guy looking around

I just loaded the trial version for mac/os catalina. I'm looking for a plug-in spectrum analyzer that is in real time when playing a song . All new to me , still mostly vinyl  :)

There is a basic small spectrum analyzer built in to MC:

Right click at the top in the area that shows the playing song information.  You should get a small menu.  One of it's options is "show spectrum analyzer".  Click that and you'll get twin (mirrored) analyzers on either side of the information area.
