Title: Crash while doing "Configuring Auto Import"
Post by: freddie40 on December 06, 2019, 11:47:36 am
I get a crash when manually doing an Auto-Import under Yosemite and Catalina using JRiver 25.0.124 and 25.0.125.  Logs are attached.  I do not get a crash when manually doing an Auto-Import using 25.0.123.

The logs you posted don't seem to be the ones that show the crash.

It's kind of counter intuitive but... in the ZIP file there's a file called "previous log.txt".  That's the one that will show the previous crash.

Those are unusual logs.  Looks almost like the software isn't fully installed or something.

The developers will know more about this than I do.

Yes, that's pretty weird. It looks like it can't run package installer properly.
The machine probably needs an internet connection the first time package installer is run to verify the signature with Apple.

The machine is always connected to the internet.
