In your help section dealing with burning you mention:
WINDOWS NT/2000/XP
You must make sure that "Auto Insert Notification" is disabled. You can disable it by setting the following value in the system registry... HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/Cdrom/Autorun=0
When I go there, the line ends with ENUM, no Autorun.
Do I need to add the line to include Autorun=0?

Please check Microsoft's site on how to disable auto insert. A google search may also help.

Most sites, including Microsoft's, tell you that it is necessary to edit the registry to change this in Win2K.
Thanks to a google search, I found this:
To disable AIN on Win2k, Click the Start button followed by selecting "Run".
Type in "gpedit.msc" and click OK. Click and expand "Computer
Configuration", followed by "Administrative Template", followed by "System".
Double click "Disable Autoplay" and then select "Enable" followed by
clicking "OK".
Worked for me.
Thanks.
