Title: JRiver Not Showing In Device Manager

I removed MC to do a clean install.   Now MC is not showing in Device Manager or as a sound option in sound devices.   Everything seems to be working fine, but, I was using JRiver as an output device.   Now it is gone and I just can't figure how to get it back.

I guess I'm talking about the WDM Driver.   It's just not showing up.   

And now MC is closing while playing and the few seconds of music that had been playing continuously loops, requiring a system restart.   I have done the taming windows defender thing.   Not sure what the issue is.

Considering a Windows reinstall.   Hasn't been done in a long while.

Ok.   Got JRiver showing in Device Manager.

Now to figure out the crash problem.   Any suggestions?   I've gone through the entire Taming Windows Defender list.

Re tamed 26.   Seems to be working again.
