Title: Invoice

Dear Sir, Madam,

I purchased a license on Nov. 10th and very much require an invoice or receipt of some kind for my bookkeeper.

To be honest, these should be sent out automatically when making a purchase as this has become a time consuming process for me today.

We do send an acknowledgement of your purchase.  Search for e-mail from buy-button.  What is missing to make it an invoice that would meet your needs?
