Title: Library not reachable via Internet

Hi,
since I have my new computer I can't establish an Internet connection to my library anymore.
This was no problem with the old one. I configured everything correctly (opened port 52199 in my Firewall and Router), but I'm always getting the message that the library isn't reachable and that I have to open port 52199.
Any other thing I could have missed?
