Title: Lost Title Bar in Media Center 9

Yesterday I installed Media Center 9.  After closing and then re-opening MC9, the Title Bar disappeared.  Therefore, I cannot move the window when in restored mode.  Possibly a display problem?  Using Radeon All-in-wonder.  Uninstalled & re-installed & first launch was o.k., but 2nd and thereafter MC9 had no title bar.
