Title: Bug? Adjust Link Timing has no effect (linked zones)

Seems to be a bug with Adjust Link Timing. Easy to recreate - e.g. try setting to -5000 (ms?) or +5000 has no effect.

Bumping - without this feature it's impossible to get multiple linked zones to playback with satisfactory sync.

Steps to recreate
- Link 2 zones
- right click 'Adjust Link Timing' on one of the zones
- Adjust to +5000 and observe playback
- Adjust to -5000 and observe playback
 
There's no difference in the playback delay between the two zones even at these extreme settings.
