I bought a Samsung Q70R after not owning a TV for quite a few years. Still don't use it for TV
I was reading in the 'policies' and was shocked to see that if the program could not be identified, Samsung would upload as much of the video as required so they could. They crossed the line for me right there. Disconnected it from the internet.

Using that link I found I missed the opt out for 'viewing information services' which controls the bit I mentioned above.
