Title: "Next Track" command restarts current song instead of skipping to the next
Post by: Antoine. on January 22, 2020, 05:09:58 am
Hi,

When I launch a playlist and press "Next" (in the UI, standard view), the song restarts instead of going to the next.

Also, when I launch a playlist, 2 times out of three, MC26 fails to identify in bold the currently playing song in the "Alt+2" view (Playing Now > Player).

Did I miss something?

Antoine
(Windows 10 Pro 64, MC26)

Describe your setup and what you're playing.

I'm running a local library, and launching a playlist (of songs or podcasts). Here's what it looks like when something is playing (here, the episode "The Moderates..." is currently playing)

I assume that the Player is a UPNP DLNA renderer?? If so, then right click on it and Disable SetNext support..

This could be this same error:

Try playing a later song in the playlist and then clicking "
Next." If it goes back to the start of the playlist, it's the same behavior in this other error thread.
