Title: Media Scheduler remote ?
Post by: bennyd on April 28, 2003, 10:15:47 pm
Hi,

Is there any way to control Media Scheduler via MCC commands or via the command prompt ?

This way I could use girder to program a show and via girder I could program a show via the web anywhere where I am.

AFAIK, there are no built-in MCC or command line switches for the media scheduler.

That being said, you could treat the scheduler as a separate application and develop your own Girder routines for it. Because it runs as a system tray item, I think you'll need to target "invisible tasks", but otherwise, you should be able to send mouse clicks and keyboard commands to it.

Best,
Brad
