Title: DSP 3rd Party Plugin - Who's Responsible for UI Scaling?

This might not be specific to JRiver 26, but wasn't sure best place to post.

I am now running JRiver on 4k display.  There is a 3rd party plugin for DSP (VST) and its UI does not scale properly for 4k (way to small).  JRiver's scaling works properly for all of its own native components.

So, how is this supposed to work (might be question for developers)?

Is this a possible JRiver issue?

…. or.....

Is the 3rd party developer solely responsible for sizing control and I need to contact them for fix?
