Hi, when I try to play Internet radio stations (via File->Open URL) in MC26 (26.0.27) I get the following message:
There is nothing to play
This worked fine in MC25 and works on every other player I've tried.
Here are a couple of examples for my own stations.
http://74.82.59.197:8155/
http://184.164.135.70:8263/
OS is Windows 7, CPU is Core2 Duo 6700 2.66 GHz
Thank you.

I get "refused to connect" on the first one if I click on it in a browser. That could be a firewall problem, but I'm not sure what should happen.

With http://74.82.59.197:8155/ in Chrome, I get a Shoutcast screen with 2 streams that I can play.
With Open URL in MC I get "There is nothing to play".
It seems like Open URL is looking for an actual stream to play, rather than a screen with the option to play. Many streaming sites used to have a url that went directly to streaming but have gone over to a display screen where the user can select a stream. I have no experience with Shoutcast.
http://74.82.59.197:8155/stream does start playing directly in Chrome. However, it gives a DLNA error with Open URL in MC.

I also see that now.

Thank you JimH and dtc for your replies. They gave me enough of a clue to get it working again! :)
For some reason I don't know, MC26 requires "/stream1" or "/stream2" to be appended to the URL's
I listed in my first post. It seems like MC25 was defaulting to "/stream1" if neither was present.
So:
http://74.82.59.197:8155/stream1
http://184.164.135.70:8263/stream1
and all is fine again! :)
