Title: Are Smartlists included in the backup made by "Library -> Backup Library"?

Hello,

I backup my MC library every time that I do some tagging by using the "Library -> Backup Library" command.

I just had a thought. Are Smartlists included in the backup at the same time as the database?

There is a command to "Export all Playlists", but that seems to cover only playlists, not Smartlists.

Though you say that, on two different occasions restoring a library did not restore all my playlists. The last library restore came about two weeks ago after an OS reinstall. One playlist had the folder but no album tracks while other playlists are completely gone. Would be more than happy to be humbled with a why and a fix. 

Media Center 26.0.22 (64-bit). Windows 10 x64 (1909 build).
