Title: Where Can I get older versions of JRiver for mac?
Post by: lillith on February 27, 2020, 03:23:21 pm
So I have an old imac g3 in my room i modded to be my central media center.  While it runs 10.2.8 I realized that back in the day there was older versions of jriver that work on it.  Only problem though is that web.archive.org did not archive it.  Any help finding the last version for 10.2.8 would be great.  Thanks and regards,
Thomas

All JRiver Media Center builds for Mac (all the way back to MC18, the first version of MC for Mac) only run on Intel-based Macs.  It won't run on an older PowerPC-based Mac like the iMac G3.

Even if it could run on an old PowerPC-based Mac, since older JRiver Media Center licenses aren't sold anymore, the only available version for purchase, MC26, requires macOS 10.9 and above.
