I didn't find it funny.  I thought it made perfect sense.  What do you find funny about it?

Well, here in Europe
after having learned to

1) fill the tanks of our cars at the gas station by ourselves
2)  bag the food we bought at the super market
3)  cash ourselves the bank notes at the bank
4) cleansed our shoes by ourselves
5) got the morning newspaper  at the papers box
6) checked in automatically at hotels and airports
7) get the morning coffee at the coffe machine by ourselves in a cup saying "We are pleased to serve you!"

After having learned all this for years, we say:

The customers are the companies cheapest employees!

Maybe J River will modify Interact in a way so we will be able to fix the bugs ourselves ;D

Matt, Nikolay, Gateley, Yaobing etc. will be very grateful to us!

Europe?  That sounds like America, at least here in Colorado.  The grocery stores are getting rid of the express lanes, and have self-checkout's with scanners.....  So we get to do their work.  Maybe if we got a discount for doing it ourselves....

Software must always have bugs, if it was easy to write, they wouldn't need developers....
