Title: JRemote2 Android not working can see JR26 Library No Control of anything

Just installed JRemote 2 today can see the JRiver 26 Windows music library on the Samsung 11 phone however NO controls work
it making a connection through the wifi can see JRiver music library cannot change or control Music?   
Any suggestions how to remedy ?
also just installed JRiver 25  same issue?
reset windows to media stream of music and video
would really appreciate any help?

I don't know that phone.  S10?

What country?

What version of Android is it running?

What audio player is used on the phone?  Does it work for playing local files?
