Title: How to get rid of all of the infodata when I watch a movie?

Please see the attached file. the info to the left, - it drives me crazy! I have to use players like vlc everytime i watch a movie.
I have re-installed jriver. There has to be a way to remove this annoying info.
The moviefiles is stored local on my harddrive.

Please help.

Press: CTRL-J during playback and its away.

CTRL-J is right. Note that its not on by default, so you may have pressed that once before accidentally.
