Title: 'burn disc' is currently unavailable [Solved]

In the past, I have used SATA CD burners to build CDs for my car. I now have a computer without them, and just tried to use a new USB Lite-On drive. Windows 10 can see the drive. I can go into Tools, Options, CD section and it shows Drive F: is Secure and Read speed is Max. Do I need to do something else?

Please close. Once I rebooted, the drive was identified and worked fine.
