From what I could see on the board :

1 - 10 posts -> Tenderfoot
11 - 100 posts -> Junior Woodchuck
101 - 250 posts -> Senior Woodchuck
251 - 500 posts -> Senior Citizen
501 - more posts -> Citizen Kane
