Title: JRiver Keeps crashing when resuming playback

I'm in a little trouble with JRiver 26 (and also 25). Lets say that I stop my movie playback, and then when I open it again it won't play and crashes.

Does anybody have a clue about what can be the cause?

JRiver version 26.0.35 64bits and windows version 1903.

Yes they are on a nas drive but i've coppied the file to my windows desktop and it has the same problem. During the playback if I skip forward the default 30 seconds in the right arrow of keyboard it crashes the same way.

More than one. Is there any report that I can supply to you from when it crashes?? It's strange that when i open again the JRiver it doesn't give me that popup window to disable third party apps and safe mode....
