Have an issue with my flac files with JRiver Media Center from my computer playing as a flac file on my OPPO BDP-95. When streaming through my network (ethernet) my Oppo BDP-95 is displaying them as a MP3. Yesterday it was playing them as a flac file. Now if I play from my regular Windows Media Center it is playing as a flac file on my Oppo BDP-95. What gives???

Look at audio conversion settings under Media Network.

Looked and no conversion is set up. This all happened this morning when I purchased the license and the software updated now everything of my audio library populates as MP3 through my network using JRiver Media Center in my Oppo BDP-95. My regular Window Media Player populates correctly on my Oppo BDP-95 and plays as a flac file

I'm thinking about uninstalling the JRiver and then re trying to do a fresh install to see if this corrects this issue.

Your conversion is still not set correctly. It's under Media Network > Advanced > Servers. Choose Original Format.
-
Assuming you are using the general DLNA server over Ethernet, look at
Tools > Options > Media Network > Add or Configure DLNA Server > Generic DLNA > Audio > Mode : Original
-
Also check the transcode settings in JRemote if you are using that.

Thanks for all the input, I did check some of the settings and sure enough I was able to correct it. Sorry for the late reply working at Publix in these trouble times doesn't give me much time to tinker with my system. Hope you all are safe and healthy. Again thanks!!!
