Title: JRiver 26 + Mytek Manhattan II no audio output

Hi,

Mytek Manhattan II DAC worked well with JRiver 22, 24 and then I updated firmware on Manhattan II to the latest v2.31, updated Windows 10 and to JRiver 26.  Now, I get display on Manhattan II with proper operational info but I get no audio output in the back.

Any idea?

If the DAC is lighting up like it's getting a signal, maybe check the volume of the output in Media Center and also at the DAC.

Thanks for your response.

As it turns out, the issue was with long 15' USB cable from my laptop to the DAC.  It must have been limiting the volume signal and I couldn't get any volume from its analog outputs when I had correct rate and VU meters showing the DAC was playing.  I replaced the long cable with a short original 3' USB cable that came with the DAC and I got the volume back.

Is there a good USB cable you can recommend?  It would be ideal if it is about 10' long or longer.
