Title: Download Manager and "Partial Content"

Oftentimes, after having queued up a number of files, some will remain unfinished with (incomplete) status.  That, and Partial Content is listed by the file.  When I try to resume, it just flashes partial content again.

I'm usually doing EMusic albums, and it's a pain to have to track down the one or two files that are not downloading.

What am I doing wrong?  Why won't they resume and just overwrite the old file?  I changed the settings yet nothing works.

Starflyer,

Can you give me an example of an EMusic album where you had this problem so I can try to duplicate this? Or is the problem more random?
