Title: Properities - should have OKAY and CANCEL buttons

I just found I can get the Properities window to look mostly like v8, that kind of user settings is cool.

But shouldn't there be a clearly visible ability to say OKAY or CANCEL the changes?  I know they are there in the tools button (menu ? ), but they should be clearly visible.

And I can't resize this window?  Is there a way I am not aware of?

Sorry, one more thing about the Properities window.

The custom fields don't show the names of the name reassignments I made like v8 did.  Renaming them is  good, but why now show me what I renamed them too?

mine resizes left and right not up and down unless you resize the program window.

if in playing now you can resize it by pulling down the visuals

well it would be nice if the user could move all boxes around within the 4 corners and i did bring this up about 6 months ago, 1 and 2, 3, 4 years ago.
