Title: Transfer to Rio S35S

Hey all. I'm using MJ 8 freeware and am planning to purchase full edition....but, I cannot get the transfer to work to my Rio S35S. I can transfer mp3 to the device using the software that came with the handheld (Rio Music Manager). And I've downloaded and installed the plug-in for the Rio. It shows up under the CD, DVD, & Handhelds and I can see the songs that are loaded on the handheld. But when I either try and delete a song or transfer a song to the handheld nothing happens. I mean it appears to work, but the song is not deleted or not transferred. Any ideas?? I really like the product other than this problem.

jbgood,

When you go to upload a song, do you get the file in queue and then click upload?  If so, what happens next? Do you see a status box that tells you the file upload progress?
