Another question: I bought a new 4K Samsung monitor. Suddenly scrolling in and working with MC is much slower. I opened the activity monitor and that shows that MC uses 1,37 GB of the memory. That's extremely high.

I have a 4k monitor but I usually have it in scaled mode, I assume you are not??

I have it in scaled mode Otherwise I wouldn't be able to read the letters. Thwe other programs I used so far had no problem.
