I'm having trouble with my license. When I installed MC 9 I tried to install my MJ8 license and get an error message stating that my license has expired. I purchased MJ8 about 3 months ago. When I restore the license via eml, I get the reg # but when I type it in MC9 tells me it can't find the license/registration #. PLEASE HELP! Jay.
PS: I loved MJ8 and hope to enjoy MC9 too, however this method of support sucks! It took me a few days to learn how to do this as I am not that computer savy. You should have a direct eml support link in the MJ/MC for those customers that are not computer geeks.

not all mj8 licenses work with mc9 some of them may need to pay an upgrade fee.
