Title: Improvement for view filter

View filter is very nice but probably underused.

Since view filter shows so many play lists, it is almost not useful for everday use. I suggest two improvements:

1) User can select which play lists are to be shown in view filter
2) User can select multiple view filters.

These two, reduce the required complexity of view schemes a lot.

Also, both in View Filter and sendto playlist context menu, the playlists should be structured in multiple level menus according to playlist directory structure. Right now, it is a biiig list, where things are difficult to find.
