Title: upgrade to MC 26 license not valid

I upgraded from MC 24 to MC26, I enter my registration code, it send me an email with mjr file click on it, and I got the message "license not valid",

I tried several ways to get it registered but no luck I am down to 10 restore keys, this is insane. I unistalled download it again, and still the same problem.
I reinstalled MC 24 with the hopes of that working but I get the same error.

Can anyone help?

When I get the Install Key mjr file,  I get this " Media Center24 Master-xxxx"  since I upgraded it should my key say something like  "Media Center 26"?

That's the wrong Install Key.  Did you read the link?

The link I clicked was "License Info" that took me to "Restoring a License" page.

Is that the link you are taking about?

Did you pay for the MC 26 upgrade licence or just download MC26 and install on top of your existing MC24.

MC26 needs a MC26 licence.

Are you putting in the new registration code from your  JRiver MC 26 Windows Licence email?
