In my Various Artists file I have a number of Sampler albums that I would like to store under a separate "SAMPLER" folder under the ARTIST list. How do I add a new Folder under ARTIST? Then... can I simply drage each album folder under the new SAMPLER folder? THANK You!

What I do is change the Album Artist tag to something that goes with what I look for. maybe change the Album Artist to "Sampler" and see if that does what you're looking for. Just do one as a test and go from there.

Dawg -- Thanks MUCH for the quick response. I did take your advice on each album file and it worked well!
One more QUESTION: On the last album I was re-tagging, in the TAG Page, in the General Section: With the Track # accidentally set on "#7" I changed the album name (Top Line in Section) to "Various." Automaticaly, ALL the track names were changed to "Various," and the actual track names disappeared.
Is there any way I can get the track names back? (there doesn't seem to be any "back button" dedicated to the tag changing function (?).
THANKS ALL!

Glad it worked.
As for the other, I don't know. I wish the undo worked for that, but I'm not really sure what undo does. Never had it work for anything.
Think you'll have to go through and do each one manually. It seems to me someone else once recovered from something similar using a data back-up.
I would start a new topic and see if someone else can help with that. People are more likely to look at a new topic since it's a different subject. Good luck.

Got it, THANKS again.

try a previous back up before you changed the tag, see if that helps
