Title: set jriver as your windows audio device

If i have jriver working using dlna and streaming to marantz, is there a way to make it show up as one of my windows audio devices?

Probably not, but figured i would ask.

Is there anyway to make jriver upsample everything, or is that only possible by playing a song from the jriver application....e.g. if i want to upsample youtube from windows 10 even if i buy a usb dac?
